The impact of our curriculum is that by the end of each milestone, the vast majority of pupils have sustained mastery of the content, that is, they remember it all and are fluent in the skills related to each subject. By having high expectations some pupils will have a greater depth of understanding.
We track carefully to ensure pupils are on track to reach the expectations of our curriculum. Pupils are tracked across each subject for the main skills attributed to each subject. This information is then passed on to the new teacher at the end of the school year to allow them to see the strengths of the pupils in their class.
