On Thursday, 3 Owls and 3 Wrens visited the Roman City remains at Wroxeter. Wroxeter was once the site of a Roman City where around 5,000 people would have lived. At the site we worked with a guide called Lucy who helped us to understand what the significance was of all of the ruins. She took us on a tour of the bath house and taught us a lot about how Roman people would have kept themselves clean!

It was fascinating to see that parts of the city had been excavated from underground and that much more of the city was still underground waiting to be dug out!
