Healthy Eating Week in Year 5

In year 5, we have been learning about Healthy eating and how to keep fit. We have learned all about the eat well plate and what foods are healthy, we have also learnt how much exercise we need regularly.

On Friday, as part of our learning, year 5 had a big buffet of healthy foods, we had many things like fruit salads, vegetables, granola bars, fruit kebabs, cous cous and much more. We enjoyed eating lots of different foods!
