On Friday 26th February, Year 4 visited the Ricoh Arena for the World Book Day Road Show. Despite some delays with our coaches, a great time was had by all. The children had a drawing lesson from Rob Biddulph, heard about the amazing travels of Abi Elphinstone, discovered that Alex T Smith’s love of stories came from his Grandad and of course got to hear from the well known creator of Horrid Henry – Francesca Simon who shared ideas about developing characters in stories!

Some children were able to meet the authors and get their books signed. A wonderful souvenir to treasure for ever!
